About our training
EMDR Clinicians working in an intensive model have embraced the role that low dose psychedelic medicine can have to support healing trauma. This training will illustrate theories that support Psycholytic EMDR Therapy and teach the ways that a therapist can support healing in an integrative and intensive format. This training will cover assessment criteria for client appropriateness for this treatment. We will educate clinicians in ways that EMDR Therapy is integrated into low dose Ketamine assisted therapy and where this is most appropriate in the 8 phases of the protocol. Participants will have the opportunity (optional) to engage in an experiential learning practicum. All participants will be screened to assess appropriateness for the training. This training is meant to prepare clinicians to apply skills and offers authentic healing experiences for participants to engage in and witness. Designed for EMDR clinicians, this training offers a new lens for low-dose ketamine and EMDR processing, enabling them to seamlessly blend these modalities with their intuitive abilities and current effective practices. The focus of ethical guidelines, treatment planning and case conceptualization in the treatment of trauma related disorders will be paramount throughout the weekend. As clinicians increasingly explore integrating Ketamine into EMDR practice, we're proud to share what we've found effective. This training focuses on how to approach this work cautiously and ethically, and it's held in a medical setting with licensed medical staff on-site.

Testimonials
Your presentation skills were excellent and the content was outstanding. There was so much valuable knowledge to gain.
I witnessed first hand the various levels of foundational knowledge about the role of clinicians in the use of medicine (self administered) by their clients in combo with therapeutic approaches. I gained insight into the range of skills, knowledge, and experience with KAP and EMDR and then Low dose psycholytic EMDR by clinicians looking to integrate this into their practice. It is highly valuable for me as I start engaging more in this line of specialty work. I want to collaborate with confidence with providers and I now see the importance of a collaborative agreement and the need to slowly develop relationships with potential collaborative clinicians.
Gail and Steph were both invaluable to my learning experience during this training. They created a space that was inviting, safe and inclusive. I felt comfortable within the group to share my reflections and that speaks volumes to the type of training sessions they created. Both are very knowledeable and authentic in their approach. Having the medical professional there to provide the prescriber point of view was fantastic and set the stage for the type of relationships I want to have with the prescribers here when I begin this work. You're encouragement during this training made me feel seen and supported and I am ready to do this work with my clients!
Instructors were experienced and thoughtful, the experiential part was excellent, videos/case presentations were helpful. Instructors were very thoughtful about each participant’s background and preparation.
The content was skillfully taught and the trainers were knowledgeable. The presenters making themselves available for further questions and consultation is most valuable to me at this time. I appreciated the comfortable space, seasoned participants, and feeling very safe and validated during this training. I also very much appreciated the videos with actual clients participating in the therapy.
I feel really good about offering psycholytic EMDR in my practice after just one month of completing the training. the training helped me feel very prepared and that I knew what I was doing, especially with the Fluence training. The experiential practicum helped me connect with people and find community doing this work. Having a relationship with a supportive prescriber also helps me feel good about doing this work.
